Shipping, Repair & Return Policy

Njjewels.com offers shipping via USPS domestically. International shipping to come.  Please note that due to COVID orders may take up to two weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling within the United States is $3.80 ground, 7.50 for First Class, 8.50  for Priority and 26.00 for Priority Express. 

Repair Policy

We will repair any design purchased through Njjewels.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email Info@njjewels.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number. To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at info@njjewels.com . We will not accept packages without an RWO number.

2. If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, be sure to have your Credit Card handy for repair charges.

3. Pack your item.

4. Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address:

Return Policy

Njjewels.com will accept items for exchange, credit or refund from our  website within 20 days of receiving shipment. Item must be returned in new and original condition for exchange or credit and refunded if the item is damaged. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. To return or exchange an item, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase with an explanation of what you would like to return to info@njjewels.com.

In the event of a return or exchange all taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
